Audimate

Audimate is a Windows and Mac desktop application with an AI assistant called Arro. It's not in a separate chat window, but follows your cursor: you point at something on the screen to ask a question, it can see what you're pointing to, and then demonstrate how to operate it step by step, or do it directly for you.

Another practical point is "demonstrate once and it will work": you demonstrate the operation once, it will remember it, and then repeat it as needed or at a scheduled time. Compared with automation tools that require you to build your own processes, the threshold for getting started is much lower, and it is suitable for office workers who are trapped by the trivial operations of various software.
