Conversational AI video editing on Mac
Woven Video is an AI video editing software on Mac. The idea is to "use dialogue cutting first, and then refine it on the timeline." After importing the material, describe the clip you want in one sentence, and it will be completed directly on the real timeline. You can then continue to adjust the dialogue or manually drag and fine-tune.
What is relatively rare is that it can cooperate with Claude Code and Codex: paste the setting prompts given by the official website into Claude Code, and you can issue editing instructions in Claude, and the results will fall in Woven. The subtitle styles are relatively detailed, including highlighting each word, speaking while speaking, etc.
Mainly aimed at content creators on YouTube, podcasts, Reels and TikTok, it currently only has a Mac version with a 3-day free trial.
If you want to make a continuous plot instead of a single shot, TVLab has a series of short drama novels that are updated one episode at a time. The character settings and storyboards can be copied with one click. It is more convenient to use this kind of video tool to create a series.
