New NuPlay

NuPlay (formerly Nurix AI) is a company that makes enterprise-level AI agents and recently acquired the conversational AI platform Verloop.io. Its selling point is "it gets better every time it runs": after the agent goes online, the platform will continue to adjust based on the actual running results.

The intelligent agents that can be built cover three channels: voice, chat and email, and are connected to the existing business system of the enterprise. They are used in customer service, customer acquisition, e-commerce shopping guide, as well as internal processes such as recruitment and onboarding, employee IT support, and salary management. The platform is divided into several layers: construction, orchestration, real-time monitoring (NuPulse), shared memory (NuContext) and self-improving feedback layer (NuLoop).

It is designed for industries such as retail, consumer goods, and customer service outsourcing that require a large amount of repeated communication. Demonstration appointments are required. There is no public price, and individual users are basically unable to use it.
