BioSeek Reader

BioSeek Reader is a browser extension for Google Chrome™ that converts biological terms in unstructured text into explorable objects. Each term is listed as a card on one side of the screen, displaying related entities such as genes, diseases, pathways, and drugs, organized into clickable groups. It performs semantic analysis to link synonyms, aliases, and old names of entities, retrieving documents containing any of these names, not just matches of full keywords. BioSeek Reader identifies over 60 million terms and provides analytical search capabilities for a variety of web sources.

Install the BioSeek Reader Chrome extension. Browse a compatible website (e.g. PubMed, Nature Journal). The extension automatically recognizes biological terms in the text and displays them as cards on the side of the screen. Click on the card to explore related entities and navigate to related articles.
