The user activation engine for B2B products
Userlens is aimed at product and growth teams in B2B SaaS and focuses on user activation and retention.
Its agent is called Lumi, and it works by translating each customer's actual product behavior into targeted guidance. The process has three steps: first, define a product behavior you want users to develop as the goal; Lumi then identifies eligible users and gives the reason for each match; finally, for each person individually, it decides what the message should achieve, what it should include, and what it should avoid.
What makes it better than mass onboarding emails is that it works off behavioral data. Products keep iterating, so some users will always get left behind on a particular version—and there’s no way to keep tabs on them manually.
The project is backed by Y Combinator and offers a free start and demo booking. It’s suited to PLG SaaS teams whose user volume has outgrown manual follow-up.
