Multilingual AI Meeting Notes Tool
VoiceCap can be used for taking meeting notes, and it is compatible with both offline and online scenarios: For offline meetings, you can simply record using your phone or computer. For online meetings using tools like Zoom, Meet, or Teams, VoiceCap can automatically join the session and act as a recorder. Existing audio and video files can also be uploaded for additional recording purposes.
The output consists of three components: a summary, action items to be completed, and a complete transcription. The service supports over 100 languages. The transcription includes information regarding the speaker and time stamps, allowing team members to easily search through the data afterwards.
There are two relatively uncommon requirements. The first is that the data must be located within the European Union, and it must be explicitly stated that user data will not be used to train models—this is a mandatory requirement for teams governed by the GDPR. The second requirement is the provision of an MCP interface, which means that your own AI assistant can access meeting minutes as a searchable source of information, rather than being limited to searching within its respective web pages only.
New users are entitled to a 300-minute free usage quota, and there is no need to link their cards to this service. This option is ideal for teams that frequently engage in cross-language collaboration or require recording meetings for archiving purposes. For those who only occasionally record internal meetings, the free quota is generally sufficient.
