AI voice agent stress testing platform
NovaSynth is made by Noveum.ai. To put it clearly in one sentence: before your customers crash the voice intelligence, crash it yourself first.
The method is to put a group of synthetic users to play your agent, and use real channels - real SIP calls, LiveKit audio streams and chat sessions, rather than running scripts against text interfaces in a sandbox.
The point is that these synthetic users are dishonest. Examples listed on the official website include: people who call for the third time about a long-delayed refund and are already emotional and want to escalate the complaint at any time; people who regret mid-sentence, interrupt constantly, and rush to speak; and people who change the language mid-sentence. Each has a goal, emotion, accent and confrontational intention, specifically to suppress the agent's turn takeover and abnormal recovery capabilities.
The identified problems are recorded as reproducible use cases, and after modifications are made, they are run again for verification to form a closed loop. It is suitable for release rehearsal before going online, especially for scenarios such as telephone customer service and outbound calls, where real customers will bear the consequences of failure. There is a free starter version and a demo for the enterprise version.
